General conditions and internal rules

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Aurélie TULI's Website, as well as the services offered, located at https://strength-zone.com.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these general conditions and internal rules. Do not continue to use Strength-Zone if you do not agree to take all of the general conditions and internal rules stated on this page.

1. Identity :

The Strength-Zone website is owned by Aurélie Tuli and is owned by Aurélie Tuli's company with company number BE0802.885.133.

2. Service :

Strength-Zone provides Personal Trainer services delivered by Aurélie Tuli both physically and remotely using a mobile application.

3. Service reservation / Withdrawal:

Any service booked by the customer must be paid for in advance at the time of booking. It should be noted that the customer, by finalizing his settlement, undertakes to be present at his appointment. No refund will take place in case of non-presentation of the customer at the appointment. The customer does not have a withdrawal period, it is impossible to cancel his appointment for any reason.

4. Internal Rules:

Before participating in an appointment, the customer declares to have read the following rules of procedure and undertakes to respect them at all times:

• Cleanliness :

  • It is mandatory to wear (clean) sneakers and appropriate sportswear.

  • During your training, please place a towel on the machine you are using and, for hygiene reasons, clean the machine with the disinfectants you have.

  • Non-resealable food and containers are not permitted in training rooms.

  • Smoking and the use of illicit substances in training rooms are prohibited.

  • Animals are not allowed in the club, except guide dogs.

• Privacy and tranquility:

  • It is not permitted to make phone calls and take photos or film that violate the privacy of those present without their consent.

  • Do not drop the equipment noisily, limit noise of all kinds.

  • Verbal and/or physical violence is not tolerated.

• Security:

  • For the very first session, a piece of identification may be requested.

  • Personal trainer instructions must be respected and followed. In the event of non-compliance with these instructions, the personal trainer may deny customer temporary or permanent access to the various services offered in accordance with these applicable general conditions and/or internal rules.

  • Use the equipment only for its intended purpose and after the exercise, turn the equipment off or put the equipment back in its proper place.

  • Personal items not required for exercise such as coats, bags, helmets, etc. should be stored in such a way that they do not interfere with training exercises. We advise you not to bring valuables.

5. License:

Unless otherwise noted, Aurélie Tuli and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights of all material on Strength-Zone. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access it from Strength-Zone for your personal use, subject to the restrictions set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

You must not:

• Copy or republish content from the zone of resistance

• Sell, rent or sub-license Strength-Zone equipment

• Replicate, duplicate, or copy documents in the area of resistance

• Redistribute content from the reinforcement area

This Agreement shall take effect on the date of this Agreement.

6. Hyperlink to our content:

The following organizations may link to our website without prior written permission:

• Government agencies;

• Search engines;

• News organizations;

• Online directory distributors may link to our website in the same way as they link to the websites of other listed companies; and

• System-wide accredited businesses, with the exception of not-for-profit organizations, charitable shopping malls and charitable fundraising groups that cannot hyperlink to our website.

These organizations may link to our homepage, publications or other website information provided that the link: (a) is not in any way misleading; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, approval or approval of the linking party and its products and/or services; and (c) is in the context of the linking party's site.
